We are an independent sourcing partner: buyers describe duty and destination, we line up comparable questions, and named factories confirm whether a proposed unit fits. We do not operate a gearbox plant, hold stock or act as a brand-appointed reseller.
Factories own mechanical and commercial confirmation of the quoted reducer. Gear Reducer Sourcing does not certify plants, invent capacity figures or publish percentage savings without matching quotations in hand.
Return a configuration that matches the buyer’s shaft orientation, mounting position and motor interface. If a drawing is incomplete, state which dimensions remain assumed. Do not copy another family’s torque table onto a different gear geometry.
State thermal rating against the named duty cycle, lubrication instructions for the mounting code, and radial plus axial load limits at the output shaft. Mark FAT, packing and freight as included or extra so the control boundary is visible in the quote.
Provide nameplate data, recommended spare parts identification and lubrication change intervals for the sold configuration. Commissioning observations under load remain a contract item, not a website promise.
